1. Question: Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer/factory. We can directly offer you the cheapest price.

2. Question: How long is your delivery time?

Answer: Generally, it is determined within 10-20 days based on quantity and color.

3. Question: How can I obtain a quotation for this project?

Answer: If you have drawings, we can provide you with a quotation based on your drawings. If you have not designed, our engineers will design some drawings for your confirmation. Then I will give you a quote.

4. Question: Do you provide on-site installation services?

Answer:

(1) Only large projects provide installation services 

(2) For general projects, we can provide installation guidance services according to customer requirements. 

(3) Installation supervision fee standard: 150USD/day. The client shall be responsible for travel expenses, accommodation expenses, translation costs, and ensure the health and safety of employees.
